Perlego Internship Programme 2026
Our mission is to make learning accessible to all, so to help us achieve that goal, we are launching an internship programme, opening up opportunities for people who dream big and want to change the world.
Marketing and Social Media Intern
We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our Marketing team. This is a role for someone who wants to spend their days creating content, building community, and helping people discover a genuine, human side of Perlego, not just posting on behalf of a brand, but showing the people and personality behind it.
Responsibilities
The role is primarily focused on content creation, social media management, and community engagement, with the remaining time spent supporting the wider Marketing team, building real, hands-on experience across the marketing team.
- Filming, editing, and posting short-form video content (Posts, Reels, TikToks) for Perlego's social channels
- Owning day-to-day social media management, including posting schedules, captions, and platform upkeep
- Being an on-camera, on-mic presence for Perlego's content, comfortable leading pieces yourself
- Helping bring the human side of Perlego to life, showing the people, personality, and culture behind the brand, not just the product
- Bringing fresh content ideas, spotting and jumping on relevant trends, sounds, and formats quickly, and adapting them to fit Perlego's voice
- Growing our organic reach and nurturing a genuine, connected community, replying to comments and DMs in a way that feels warm and human, not corporate
- Supporting the wider Marketing team with conferences, trade shows, events, email marketing and other tasks, building real, hands-on career experience across marketing more broadly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
