Marketing & Social Media Intern

We are looking for a creative, curious and chronically online Marketing & Social Media Intern to work closely with our Brand Manager and gain hands-on experience across social media, content and brand marketing.

This internship is for a current student, ideally studying Fashion Marketing, Fashion Communication, Fashion PR, Marketing, Communications or a related course, who can join us for 2 days per week alongside their studies.

We're looking for someone who is immersed in fashion and internet culture, someone who knows what's happening on TikTok and Instagram, follows fashion influencers and emerging creators, notices new content formats before they become overdone, and has a natural instinct for what will and won't work online.

What You'll Be Involved In

Working closely with the Brand Manager, you'll get exposure to the creative and practical work that goes into building a fashion brand's presence online.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
