Volunteer for a startup empowering youth through gamified eco-education 🌿

EcoManka

We empower young people and vulnerable communities to become leaders of environmental and social change.

EcoManka addresses the critical gap in climate education, social-emotional wellbeing, and youth entrepreneurship. Traditional educational models often fail to provide engaging environmental literacy, leaving young people and vulnerable communities without the practical tools, resilience, or systemic thinking needed to address pressing climate and social challenges.

The solution is an international eco-education initiative that transforms learning through gamified, experiential, and community-based programs. Supported by the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU), EcoManka is developing a digital learning platform, facilitator training, and an international teacher toolkit. Its work spans three main pillars: equipping secondary school educators with a curriculum covering environmental literacy and eco-entrepreneurship; empowering local NGOs to foster compassionate youth eco-leaders; and enhancing community-based sustainable tourism through immersive storytelling and gamification. By merging education, technology, and entrepreneurship, EcoManka turns environmental awareness into scalable, local action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
