Cherished Blossoms Group (CBG) - Marketing & Social Media PA

Cherished Blossoms Group (CBG) is seeking a Marketing & Social Media PA to lead day-to-day digital marketing execution, working directly with the CEO. This role is responsible for building CBG's presence on all major social media platforms such as LinkedIn Business Page, Instagram and Facebook, running paid advertising campaigns, generating and nurturing leads, and managing email marketing communications.

Success in this position looks like a consistent, on-brand content presence across social channels, ad campaigns that generate qualified leads at an efficient cost, and an email marketing program that converts subscribers into engaged prospects.

This role sits at the centre of CBG's growth engine, which is connecting content, advertising, and lead generation into a single, coordinated marketing function that directly supports the company's buyer pipeline and advisor-matching business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
