Marketing Specialist
West Sussex | Fully Onsite | Monday–Friday
Are you an experienced marketer who enjoys data, technology, and finding new commercial opportunities?
We're working with a growing aviation business in West Sussex that is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team. Aviation experience isn't essential — we're more interested in someone with strong marketing experience, an analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in AI and emerging technology.
The Role
You'll sit closely with the Sales, Business Development, and IT teams, using market intelligence to identify potential customers and turn insights into sales opportunities.
You'll also have the opportunity to shape how the business uses AI, automation, and data within its marketing and commercial activities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor airline and fleet activity using platforms such as CH Aviation and Cirium
- Identify new aircraft deliveries, fleet changes, and potential commercial opportunities
- Work closely with Sales to support lead generation and commercial growth
- Analyse market data and identify trends and opportunities
- Work with IT on marketing systems, data, and technology
- Create marketing content and company updates
- Take photos and videos onsite to showcase the company's people, products, office, and operations
- Support campaigns, competitor research, and wider marketing activity

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- 5–10 years' marketing experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- A commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing supports sales
- Experience working with data and identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- An interest in AI, automation, and technology
- Confidence working across Sales, BD, and IT
- A proactive approach and willingness to get hands-on
- Experience creating basic photo/video content
