Role Summary
This is a marketing operations and program coordination role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
This role supports partner marketing activities across EMEA for HP Inc. and HPE. The person will manage marketing plans, track approvals, maintain investment trackers, generate reports, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries. The role is heavily focused on process management, Excel-based reporting, administration, and communication rather than campaign strategy or creative marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Plan Administration
- Review and assess partner marketing plans.
- Ensure plans meet compliance and funding requirements.
- Track plan status throughout lifecycle.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain investment trackers.
- Build reports and summaries.
- Monitor budget utilization and activity status.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate with teams across EMEA.
- Coordinate submissions, approvals, and reporting.
- Escalate missing information and overdue actions.
Process Management
- Improve operational workflows.
- Drive consistency across countries.
- Leverage Copilot and AI tools where possible.

- Location: Reading, England
- Duration: 8 months 12 days
- Shift Timings: Onsite (Monday-Friday)
- Pay Range: £143/day to £161/day (PAYE)
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours

Pay Rate Range
143 - 161 GBP daily
