Role Description

The Marketing Specialist role is a remote position responsible for promoting West End Outings’ theatre and arts events to audiences across the UK. We are looking for someone to help push the brand forward to a wider audience. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Marketing Specialist will be there to help gain a wider insight into reaching a wider community. This position requires proactive communication with internal stakeholders and a focus on growing attendance and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage audiences and support attendees before and after events.
  • Market Research skills to analyze audience preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Marketing Strategy skills to plan, implement, and refine promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Sales skills to help convert leads into bookings and support partnerships with venues or organizations.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms, including analytics and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Ideally, experience in events, entertainment, or arts marketing, or a related field.
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
