Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: London | Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office | Department: Marketing

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling, next-generation payments business that's redefining recurring commerce. This is a critical hire for their marketing team as they build out a predictable, high-quality pipeline to fuel revenue growth.

The Role

You'll lead the development and execution of scalable demand generation campaigns, paired with focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to penetrate and convert high-value target accounts. You'll own the full funnel, from awareness and engagement through to pipeline acceleration, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps.

What You'll Do

Demand Generation (60%)

  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated campaigns across paid media, content syndication, email, and webinars to drive inbound and outbound pipeline.
  • Own campaign performance metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CPL, pipeline influenced.
  • Partner with the wider marketing team to develop compelling assets and landing experiences.
  • Manage lead nurturing programs and conversion workflows using HubSpot.
  • Run paid LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic campaigns focused on acquisition and remarketing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Account-Based Marketing (40%)

  • Build and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) in partnership with Sales.
  • Develop highly personalised messaging, assets, and outreach sequences tailored to industry verticals (e.g. lending, debt collection, subscription).
  • Use intent data and account intelligence tools (e.g. Cognism) to prioritise and engage accounts.
  • Measure ABM effectiveness across engagement, pipeline velocity, and deal size.

About You

  • 3 to 5+ years in a B2B demand generation or ABM role, ideally within payments, fintech, or SaaS. Payments/financial services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success running campaigns that directly contribute to sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot specifically, so you can hit the ground running.
  • Comfortable building campaigns from scratch in a high-growth, often ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to test, iterate, and optimise channel performance.
  • A strategic thinker with a bias for action.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Genuinely passionate about marketing. This is a fast-paced, high-bar environment, not suited to a coast-through-the-week approach.
