Company Description

CUBIG is a B2B AI company building AI-ready data technologies that help enterprises use sensitive and complex data safely and effectively for AI.

We work with enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, the public sector, and other regulated industries, helping them prepare, validate, and manage data for real-world AI use cases.

Our products, including SynTitan, DTS, and LLM Capsule, help organizations move from data preparation and privacy protection to AI deployment and ongoing data assurance.

As we expand internationally, the UK is one of our key growth markets, and we are building a local team to support this next stage of growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time B2B Marketing role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will help build CUBIG’s presence in the UK market and work closely with our UK Sales team and global Marketing and Product teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys testing ideas, understanding customers, and turning marketing activity into real business opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
