TITLE: OEM Automotive Marketing Specialist

Work style: Office
Location: London
Sector: Cars
Salary: up to £60,000 + 15% bonus scheme (£8,250) and other great benefits

The Opportunity

This is a fabulous specialist marketing role for someone with an AUTOMOTIVE background. It is a genuinely dual Brand + Partnerships role, and it is hands-on/operational rather than purely strategic. You will actually coordinate agencies, partners (including football clubs), assets, campaigns, launches, events, timelines, and budgets. The emphasis of this role is on being the day-to-day agency contact and delivering campaigns through to execution.

This role is a genuinely fun marketing role, and quite different from a conventional automotive marketing job and a mix of partnerships management and branding. What makes it particularly interesting is that you will not simply be maintaining an established brand you will be actively helping it grow in the UK and help shape how the brand looks. This car brand is relatively new and is growing rapidly, and the role is about how the brand looks, sounds, and behaves in the UK market. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, be creative, and make an immediate impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
