Role Description
This full-time remote Marketing Specialist role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that promote Ahmad Group’s products and services. Daily tasks include:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to support revenue growth

The Marketing Specialist will:
- Create and optimize campaigns across digital channels
- Prepare marketing materials
- Track performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
The role also involves:
- Maintaining consistent brand messaging
- Supporting customer engagement activities
- Providing insights to guide business decisions
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to different stakeholders.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze data, understand customer needs, and develop effective marketing plans.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to collaborate with revenue-focused teams and support positive customer experiences.
- Basic digital marketing skills (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics) and familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a marketing or sales support role and a track record of contributing to measurable campaign or revenue outcomes is an advantage.
