Responsibilities
Localization Content Strategy: Develop monthly marketing themes and content plans based on the company's brand positioning, product features, and UK market needs.
Social Media Management: Manage the daily operations of the company's social media accounts in the UK market (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Local Event Execution: Participate in or lead the preparation, execution, and post-event review of UK local exhibitions, industry events, installer trainings, new product launches, customer events, and brand promotion projects.
Advertising & Online Promotion Coordination: Responsible for or assist in online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn based on approved marketing plans and budgets. Track ad progress and basic performance data, and propose optimization suggestions based on results.

Media & KOL/KOC Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with local UK media, KOLs, KOCs, and industry partners in sectors such as new energy, PV, energy storage, and technology.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the Country Manager, sales team, designers, technical team, and HQ marketing team to provide marketing support aligned with business needs.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing, brand promotion, digital marketing, or overseas market roles. Proven experience in independently managing corporate social media accounts or executing marketing projects. Experience in PV, energy storage, new energy, industrial products, or B2B sectors is preferred.

Language: Native or professional proficiency in English. Chinese communication skills are a plus.
Content & Localization: Deep understanding of UK local culture, media landscape, social platform usage habits, and market communication styles.
Project Execution: Strong planning, time management, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Data & Tools: Familiarity with common social media backends and basic marketing data analysis tools. Good data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or similar office software.
Soft Skills: Excellent team collaboration skills, able to adapt to cross-departmental and cross-cultural work environments.
