Robert Half Marketing Specialist Opportunity

Robert Half is seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organised Marketing Specialist to join our London-based marketing team at The Shard.

About the Role

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of marketing activities across digital channels, including content, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars.

Working closely with local, regional, and international marketing teams, the successful candidate will help deliver engaging, high-quality marketing activity that supports Robert Half's wider business and brand objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team within a global organisation, with the opportunity to work across a broad range of marketing initiatives and collaborate with colleagues internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Content & Collateral

  • Develop and deliver marketing collateral across a range of digital channels.
  • Create engaging and relevant marketing content in line with Robert Half's brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Use the company's content management system (CMS) to upload and update content and web pages.
  • Support the delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Events & Webinars

  • Support the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events and webinars.
  • Develop event-related marketing materials and assets.
  • Support the promotion of events across relevant digital channels.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

Social Media

  • Plan and execute organic social media activity in line with agreed marketing and content plans.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop social-first video content from initial concept through to post-production.
  • Create engaging social media copy and supporting creative assets.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen Robert Half's social media presence and engagement.

Email Marketing

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of content for email marketing campaigns.
  • Build and implement email marketing activity for relevant audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and international marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and share best practice.
  • Monitor activity and use insights to support continuous improvement.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working in a marketing role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong creative and design capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with video editing and social media content production is desirable.
  • Experience working with a CMS and managing digital content.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across a hybrid working environment.
  • The confidence to operate within established brand, governance, and compliance frameworks.
