Qalyup connects patients with vetted international healthcare providers for affordable, safe, and transparent medical care abroad.
High medical costs, limited insurance coverage, and crippling waiting lists in countries like the UK and US force millions of patients to look abroad for essential care. However, navigating the international medical market is fraught with danger, as patients are forced to rely on unverified marketing claims with zero reliable data on clinical safety or operational quality. This total lack of regulatory oversight has resulted in severe health complications and preventable deaths for medical tourists. Driven by a domestic affordability gap and the complete absence of trusted, transparent pathways for cross-border treatment, vulnerable patients are left taking dangerous risks with their health just to access basic procedures.
Qalyup resolves this medical safety crisis by combining healthcare affordability with rigorous, evidence-based clinical vetting. Developed through academic research at Imperial College London, our proprietary assessment methodology evaluates international providers against strict clinical, operational, and patient safety criteria before they can join our platform. Through a user-centered digital marketplace, patients can easily compare vetted clinics, receive transparent treatment quotes, and arrange care directly with complete confidence. Starting with accessible dental care for UK patients across Europe and Turkey, Qalyup replaces dangerous information gaps with a trusted infrastructure that protects patient outcomes while expanding access to high-quality healthcare.

Role (Volunteer, unpaid): Marketing Associate
Role Description
Our mission is clear, but our story deserves to be told better. As we prepare our go-to-market strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Associate who can work on execution to ensure we reach the people who need us at the right time.
Despite being an AI native company, this role is not for those who outsource their thinking solely to AI. We value authentic creativity and want to work with someone who brings their own perspective, craft, and judgment to every piece of work.
What You'll Help Us Do
- Support the implementation of our go-to-market strategy
- Shape and refine our value proposition and messaging
- Review and optimise our website copy to improve conversion
- Create content and ad copy for our organic and paid channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads
What You Bring In
- A talent for engaging storytelling that builds trust and moves people to act
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads and how audiences behave on each
- An in-depth understanding of the British public
- Experience in creating visual content is an advantage
- Proactiveness, curiosity, and a genuine appetite for feedback and personal growth
