Marketing Specialist – Deal Events & Customer Engagement
4 months contract
Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Looking for candidates who are fluent speakers in Swedish, Dutch, or Polish.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support execution of large-scale deal event marketing campaigns.
- Drive onsite merchandising and customer funnel engagement initiatives to improve discovery, conversion, and retention.
- Execute lifecycle and transition marketing campaigns across onsite placements and outbound communication channels.
- Coordinate and launch customer-facing communications including email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and other external marketing channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and business teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign operations, troubleshoot execution issues, and maintain high quality standards across all customer touchpoints.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting ecommerce or retail marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with onsite merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working with CRM, outbound marketing, or lifecycle marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and operational KPIs.
