Based at Bradford - Hybrid working
Your Role
You’ll play a key role in bringing the marketing and communications plan for our Health & Nutrition business unit to life across the EMEA region, helping create meaningful connections with our customers and supporting the growth of our Ingredients + Specialties (I+S) division.
- You’ll build strong partnerships with regional and global colleagues, working together to remove obstacles, align priorities, and deliver integrated campaigns that reach audiences through the right channels at the right time.
- You'll work closely with teams across EMEA to ensure global campaigns are effectively adapted for local markets, balancing regional needs with global priorities to maximise relevance, engagement, and business impact.
- From brand awareness to demand generation, you’ll help deliver integrated B2B campaigns across online and offline channels that connect with our audiences in meaningful ways. Success in this role is about bringing teams together, enabling seamless execution, and helping I+S show up consistently and confidently in the market.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Adapt and execute global multichannel marketing campaigns across EMEA, ensuring alignment with Health & Nutrition business priorities and global marketing strategy.
- Develop and deliver regional and country-specific campaigns that promote our food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical ingredients and solutions.
- Create and execute region-specific marketing communications across multiple channels, including web, social media, email, and collateral, while tailoring global content and campaigns to meet the needs of local audiences and markets.
- Partner with the Global Marketing Manager and events team to support conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual events across EMEA.
- Coordinate marketing operations processes, including invoicing, vendor management, and agency relationships.
- Drive effective marketing operations by supporting activity tracking and performance reporting, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, fostering collaboration and helping remove barriers to successful campaign delivery.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling Health & Nutrition and I+S presence across all customer touchpoints and channels.

We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, digital marketing, or international marketing.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or related marketing roles is preferable.
- Desirable experience of project management and project management software.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems and CRMs (Salesforce).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects across a global environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing including content and web-writing, paid and earned media, exhibitions/events, social, and email.
- The ability to stay agile in this role will be key to react to market changes, supplier expectations, and commercial objectives.
- Industry (food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical) experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional European language skills are advantageous but not required.
