Marketing Specialist (Contract)

📍 London, (Hybrid Working – Typically 3 Days Onsite)
📅 6-Month Contract
💰 £200-£250 per day PAYE

We're working with a leading global organisation to recruit a Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of large-scale customer campaigns and major promotional events across multiple European markets. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience delivering high-visibility marketing campaigns, working alongside experienced marketers, and helping shape the future of marketing through the adoption of AI and automation technologies.

You'll join a high-performing team responsible for delivering some of the biggest customer-facing campaigns of the year while simultaneously helping to test and implement innovative marketing automation tools. The team is looking for someone who is execution-focused, highly organised, and eager to learn. You'll gain exposure to campaign management, customer engagement, merchandising, stakeholder management, analytics, and emerging AI-driven marketing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of large-scale marketing campaigns and seasonal promotional events across multiple European markets.
  • Executing customer engagement campaigns across digital channels including website placements, email, push notifications, messaging channels and other customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinating customer-facing communications across multiple countries and languages.
  • Working closely with marketing, operations, merchandising and business teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and on time.
  • Monitoring campaign delivery and resolving issues quickly when they arise.
  • Analysing campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting testing and rollout of innovative marketing automation and AI-enabled solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in marketing, campaign management, merchandising, communications or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and customer behaviour.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

  • CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
