Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness, drive user acquisition, and support customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, conducting market and competitor research, creating and refining messaging, and collaborating with sales and product teams to align go-to-market activities. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing marketing channels, supporting customer communications, and gathering feedback to improve positioning in the parental control and family safety market.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Market Research, including analyzing customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Background in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to support revenue goals, understand customer needs, and contribute to a positive user experience.
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, including planning campaigns, defining target segments, and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing, analytics platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in consumer technology, family safety, or related industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
