About The Role
In this dynamic position, you will be at the forefront of content strategy and execution, managing the entire lifecycle of our content marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing a robust annual content calendar, defining messaging, overseeing editorial processes, and managing execution across various channels. This role places a strong emphasis on long-form content, requiring you to produce impactful case studies, insightful blog posts, thought leadership articles, and other editorial assets that clearly articulate the value of our e-commerce solutions to a diverse audience of sellers. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to curate timely and relevant content. Your expertise will ensure that all content accurately reflects the value propositions of our comprehensive product offerings, translating complex data into engaging stories that drive consideration and adoption among e-commerce merchants.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage an end-to-end content marketing program, including the annual content calendar, messaging, editorial strategy, and executional channels.
- Lead the development of long-form content assets such as customer case studies, blog posts, thought leadership articles, and in-depth guides.
- Own editorial development, partnering with lifecycle marketing and broader content teams to integrate brand and thought leadership content into the overall marketing calendar.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and other business partners to curate timely and relevant content.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accurately reflects the value propositions of our product offerings.
- Distill complex data and industry trends into compelling narratives that resonate with e-commerce merchants.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record of building and managing successful content marketing programs, with a strong focus on long-form assets.
- Advanced experience in developing long-form content, including blog content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Demonstrated sharp prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across product and marketing teams.
- Deep knowledge of content distribution strategy and original writing ability.
- A data-driven, analytical mindset to identify key developments and industry trends in e-commerce and shipping.
