Company Description

GradMatch UK is a talent curation platform designed to fix the broken entry-level job market by prioritizing merit and real-world potential over traditional CV screening. Using deep-learning AI, the platform evaluates candidates based on projects, skills, and demonstrable impact rather than linear career paths or keyword-heavy resumes. GradMatch helps employers dramatically reduce screening time by replacing large volumes of low-quality applications with a curated shortlist of verified matches. It also provides graduates with fair visibility, regardless of gap years or unconventional experience, ensuring their abilities are recognized. The platform is currently in private beta and working closely with forward-thinking founders and hiring managers as founding partners.

Role Description

This remote Marketing Specialist internship role focuses on supporting GradMatch UK’s growth by helping communicate its mission and value to both employers and graduates. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
