Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for consumer products and a knack for making brands shine at retail? Aquent is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our client’s innovative team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping retail brand and marketing campaigns, ensuring their titles capture attention and drive sales across the market. Your expertise will directly impact how consumers discover and engage with beloved products, making them unmissable at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategically define and implement comprehensive marketing and media mixes to amplify partner and retail marketing campaigns, always with creative excellence at the forefront.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end 360° campaigns with a strong retail marketing focus across mass and specialty accounts to support key titles, managing the execution of all omnichannel tactics.
  • Take ownership of and meticulously manage the retail marketing budget.
  • Collaborate closely with licensees to execute impactful retail-specific campaigns.
  • Leverage deep insights into retail account strategies and consumer trends to develop innovative, yet executable, retail solutions.
  • Drive engagement and boost sales through cutting-edge digital and social campaigns, including custom content creation, influencer partnerships, SEO optimization, display advertising, and sponsored product initiatives.
  • Forge strong partnerships with retailers, licensees, and internal cross-functional and global teams to develop, execute, and amplify marketing programs.
  • Champion the marketing strategy and vision, both internally and externally, consistently pushing for innovation and standout campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to develop compelling marketing concepts.
  • Expertly project-manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience in consumer products, partnerships, retail, and/or entertainment.
  • Profound understanding of mass, specialty, and e-commerce marketing account strategies.
  • Robust knowledge of the licensing landscape, coupled with a keen awareness of current retail and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated expertise across the full marketing mix, including social and digital channels, in-store activations, influencer marketing, and public relations.
  • Exceptional creative judgment, complemented by outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize across multiple deadlines.
