Are you ready to turn iconic TV/Film content into real-world pop culture moments and products that become must-have items amongst the worlds biggest titles and fandoms? We are partnering with one of the world's leading entertainment streaming platforms to find an exceptional Retail Marketing Manager (Hardlines) to lead omni-channel retail and licensee campaigns across the UK.
The Role
You will drive retail brand and marketing strategies that transform hit entertainment titles into lasting global franchises. From mass retailers to speciality accounts and e-commerce, you will shape the retail marketing mix (in-store, digital, influencer, and social commerce) to build maximum buzz and drive product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact, omni-channel retail marketing campaigns with key UK retail partners and licensees.
- Lead marketing initiatives across Hardlines categories (toys, collectibles, home goods, etc.).
- Define digital, social, and in-store strategy (influencer partnerships, display, SEO, sponsored products).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global studio teams, creative agencies, and retail buyers to champion innovative, out-of-the-box concepts.
- Manage retail marketing budgets and end-to-end campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of marketing experience within consumer products, studio, or retail-related industries.
- Deep expertise in Hardlines categories and strong knowledge of the UK licensing and retail landscape.
- Proven track record in omni-channel campaign execution (mass, speciality, and e-commerce).
- Strong background in digital/social strategy and integrated marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to thrive in a high-speed, agile culture.
