YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Content & Growth) with 2–3 years of experience to support localized content, campaigns, and growth initiatives for the Greater China market.
This is an execution-focused role with strong ownership, working closely with the China Marketing Lead and global marketing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Content & Social: Manage and create localized content for WeChat, Xiaohongshu and other digital channels, including responding to user inquiries and comments.
- KOL & Community: Own KOL outreach and collaboration, including identifying relevant creators, coordinating partnerships, and supporting community engagement and referral initiatives.
- Livestreams & Events: Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of livestreams, online/offline events and partner activities, including marketing materials, resource coordination and event delivery.
- Campaigns & Paid Media: Support campaign execution across Xiaohongshu and Baidu, including ad creatives, content coordination and campaign delivery.
- Localization: Produce localized marketing assets and website content aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support additional initiatives and projects as needed in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation.
- Strong copywriting skills for WeChat & Xiaohongshu.
- Hands-on campaign, livestream or event execution experience.
- Hands-on experience in KOL outreach and collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of Baidu Ads / Xiaohongshu Ads.
- Proficiency in Canva, Xiumi (秀米) and Google Workspace.
- Strong project coordination, ownership and execution skills.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience in an international/cross-cultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Self-driven, agile, calm under pressure, open-minded, and positive.
Preferred
- Master's degree.
- Shanghai-based.
- Overseas study/work experience.
- Community or event marketing experience.
- Experience working with international brands or products.
