The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to power our EMEA content and digital marketing engine. In this role, you'll create and repurpose content across formats and channels, from social posts and email campaigns to webinars, while also producing content that brings our events to life.

Ideal for an ambitious marketer (1–2 years of experience) who combines strong writing instincts, tech curiosity (GenAI), and creative storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Content Creation & Repurposing: Create new content pieces and turn long-form content into fresh formats (social posts, infographics, short-form video) and maintain our content library, and keep an SEO lens on written content.
  • Flexport Storytelling: Interview clients to craft compelling success stories and testimonials. Work with subject matter experts across the business to keep an eye on market trends and turn them into timely content, and support Product Marketing with launch content and collateral.
  • Social & Digital: Own organic social media execution and manage our email newsletter and nurture flows.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales and Business Development to ensure content gets used effectively across the funnel, and support sales with enablement collateral.
  • Content Performance: Track and report on content performance (engagement, distribution, funnel impact).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
