🚀 Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation & Marketing Operations

About the Role
This isn’t a “pure marketing” role - and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.
You’ll sit right at the intersection of:
- Marketing Operations
- Demand Generation
- Sales collaboration
You’ll help us:
- Build and optimise the systems behind marketing
- Create outbound campaigns that actually convert
- Turn engagement into real pipeline opportunities
This role gives you full visibility of the demand engine - from CRM workflows to booked client meetings.

🧩 What you’ll be responsible for
🚀 Driving demand & pipeline
- Craft and optimise outbound campaigns that generate conversations and meetings
- Work closely with Sales to create messaging in their voice and support target account outreach
- Translate engagement into real pipeline opportunities
⚙️ Marketing operations & CRM excellence
- Manage and optimise HubSpot workflows, automations, and database segmentation
- Ensure high-quality, structured, and actionable data across the contact database
- Keep our marketing engine running smoothly and efficiently
🎯 Audience & targeting strategy
- Segment audiences using engagement signals and behavioural data
- Identify high-intent prospects and prioritise outreach accordingly
- Continuously refine how we move contacts from cold → engaged → sales-ready
📊 Performance & optimisation
- Track campaign performance (opens, replies, meetings)
- Run experiments and iterate on messaging and targeting
- Use data to continuously improve conversion and engagement

We’re less focused on job titles - more on mindset and capability.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Are confident working with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools)
- Enjoy working with data, segmentation, and structured processes
- Have strong writing skills and can create compelling outbound messaging
- Are curious about how marketing drives real commercial outcomes
- Like working cross-functionally with Sales and other teams
- Bring a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
