Marketing Specialist (English & German Speaking)
Remote - UK (Other locations also considered)
We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in innovative agricultural solutions, looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join its European Marketing Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their marketing experience in a varied, fast-paced role where they can develop their career, work with colleagues across Europe and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning and organising trade shows, exhibitions and events across Europe
- Creating engaging content for digital marketing, communications and social media
- Supporting product launches and marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Working closely with Product Managers, Sales Representatives and the wider European Marketing Team
- Supporting distributor marketing activities across multiple European markets
- Assisting with PR, media and advertising campaigns
- Carrying out competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and taking the initiative to drive new marketing activities

What We're Looking For:
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- A marketing qualification with 1-2 years' experience (or 3+ years' experience without a qualification)
- Experience planning and coordinating trade shows and events
- Experience managing social media and creating engaging marketing content
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, campaign analytics and marketing automation
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
- Creative, organised and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership and bring new ideas to the table
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across international teams
- A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about agriculture and livestock
