Marketing Specialist - Forex / Fintech
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Specialist - Forex / Fintech based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to drive digital marketing initiatives within a fast-growing international Forex and Fintech environment.
You will take ownership of campaigns across paid media, social platforms, affiliate networks, and other digital channels.
- Working closely with sales and product teams, you will connect marketing execution with broader commercial and growth objectives.
- Your work will contribute to strengthening brand visibility, improving campaign performance, and supporting expansion into international markets.
- The position combines creativity with a strong data-driven approach, requiring you to continuously analyse results and optimise performance.
- You will also operate within a regulated financial environment, ensuring marketing activities meet applicable advertising and compliance standards.

Accountabilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant paid media platforms.
- Develop and coordinate social media content, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage affiliate and Introducing Broker marketing channels, building and maintaining productive relationships with partners and influencers.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives and identify relevant partnership opportunities that can expand reach and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and prepare regular reports to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform optimisation decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial priorities and broader growth objectives.
- Ensure digital campaigns and promotional content comply with applicable financial advertising and regulatory requirements, including relevant ESMA and FCA standards.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's presence and customer acquisition strategy across international markets, particularly in SEA, MENA, and LatAm.
- Contribute to content marketing, SEO/SEM, and localisation initiatives where relevant to regional growth strategies.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience within Forex, CFD, Fintech, financial services, or a closely related industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Proven experience managing social media channels and developing or coordinating digital content.
- Practical experience with affiliate, Introducing Broker, and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign KPIs and use performance insights to optimise marketing activities.
- Good understanding of digital acquisition, campaign optimisation, and brand growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of campaigns from planning through execution and optimisation.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM within the financial services sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial marketing compliance requirements, including ESMA and FCA standards, is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting campaigns across SEA, MENA, or LatAm markets is a plus.
- Additional language skills and experience with content localisation are advantageous.
