Job Description

Help us tell the BauWatch story.

Are you a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action? Do you love creating engaging content, organising events, supporting digital campaigns and seeing the measurable impact of your work?

At BauWatch, you'll help deliver marketing activities that strengthen our brand, generate high-quality leads and support our ambitious growth across Uk and Ireland. Working closely with the Country Marketing Manager and our international Group Marketing team, you'll gain experience across content marketing, digital campaigns, PR, events, social media and AI-powered marketing. No two days are the same.

If you're proactive, creative, organised and enjoy making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

About BauWatch

BauWatch is Europe's leading provider of temporary security and safety solutions. We protect construction sites, infrastructure projects, renewable energy parks, vacant properties and many other locations using smart technology, AI-powered surveillance and our own 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre.

Operating across 11 European countries, we're an ambitious, fast-growing company with one clear mission: helping our customers protect what matters most.

Your role

As Marketing Specialist UK & ROI, you'll support the Country Marketing Manager in planning and delivering local marketing activities that generate leads, strengthen the BauWatch brand and support our commercial growth.

You'll work closely with local Sales teams, external agencies, our international Group Marketing teams and other department functions to execute campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
