Marketing Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Initial 4-month contract
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: PAYE
Pay Rate: £145- £160 per day
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced team supporting customer engagement initiatives across multiple European markets. This role is focused on delivering high-quality marketing campaigns, particularly during peak trading periods, while helping to improve the customer experience across a range of onsite and outbound channels.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of customer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign launches across onsite and outbound marketing channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Support customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key operational metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and quality throughout campaign execution.
- Contribute to improving customer journeys and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Help manage multiple marketing priorities within fast-paced timelines.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, merchandising or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience within ecommerce, retail or customer-focused marketing environments.
- Knowledge of onsite merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Exposure to CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and KPIs.
