Freelance Marketing Professional – Property Auction Sector

Active Architecture is seeking an experienced and highly proactive freelance marketing professional to promote our new Legal Pack Analysis service, aimed primarily at buyers of auction properties.

This is a contractor position suited to someone who can work independently, develop their own marketing strategy and take responsibility for increasing awareness, generating enquiries, and securing paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a practical marketing strategy.
  • Building relationships with property auction houses, estate agents, investors, and other relevant organizations.
  • Visiting auction houses and property events where beneficial.
  • Organizing face-to-face promotions, exhibition stands, and marketing displays.
  • Planning and managing targeted email campaigns.
  • Promoting the service through LinkedIn, social media, and relevant property platforms.
  • Identifying partnership, referral, and advertising opportunities.
  • Producing or coordinating suitable promotional content and materials.
  • Monitoring results and providing regular updates on enquiries, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Be confident working entirely on their own initiative.
  • Have strong communication, networking, and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Be comfortable approaching auction houses and property professionals directly.
  • Understand digital, email, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Ideally have experience within property, auctions, conveyancing, legal services, or professional consultancy.
  • Be commercially minded and focused on measurable results.

This is a flexible contractor opportunity. Remuneration, commission arrangements, and reasonable campaign expenses can be discussed, depending on experience and the proposed marketing strategy.
