ayme
ayme is a foodtech startup building an intelligent creator-focused food discovery platform. We help people decide what to eat and turn inspiration into action - while building a community around the food-making experience.
You will be a part of the pre-launch early stage start-up, where your contribution can be pivotal. You will work closely with the founding team, and your work will directly shape our business and strategic direction from day one. Your focus will be on GTM strategy, creator community growth and user acquisition. We are looking for a highly proactive person, a creative mind who is not enemies with numbers.
Responsibilities:
- GTM strategy and execution
- Social media strategy & growth
- User acquisition & growth marketing
- In-app community building and creator partnerships, including creator acquisition and onboarding
- Setting and monitoring launch milestones (waitlist, campaigns, subscriber metrics)

Requirements:
- Sense of ownership & ambition
- Clear communication
- Social media skills, with 1-3 years experience in influencer marketing
- Basic video editing skills
- Basic analytical skills: hands-on with ads/analytics tools (Meta/TikTok Ads Manager, GA or Mixpanel)
- Ability to work in the UK timezone
Nice to have:
- Experience in performance marketing
- Good eye for design & ability to execute
- Interest in food industry, F&B space, or consumer lifestyle apps
- Experience with consumer subscription or marketplace products
- UK market knowledge; understanding London food scene is a plus
