Role Description
The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing activities that promote Northern Lights Event Hire’s services and events. This part-time hybrid role is based in Coleraine, with a blend of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves collaborating with event and operations teams to align marketing messages, engaging with customers and partners, and tracking campaign performance through analytics and reporting. The Marketing Specialist will also help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and seek opportunities to increase visibility in the local and cross-border markets.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze audiences, identify trends, and plan targeted campaigns.
- Sales and general Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and brand promotion.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, analytics dashboards).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with reliable access to technology for remote work.
- Experience in events, hospitality, or related industries is beneficial, as is prior experience in a marketing or sales support role.
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
