About COROS

We are a sports technology company dedicated to developing the best training solutions for athletes worldwide. Our mission is to leverage technology to solve the challenges athletes and sports enthusiasts face, helping them train smarter and perform at their best. Our aim is to deliver the best product while staying approachable, customer-focused, and ensuring that customer feedback directly shapes our innovation.

Our team spans across the globe. Our hardware and product engineering power comes from our headquarters in China, whereas our local teams in North America and Europe run marketing, sales, operations, and customer support to stay firmly connected in the local communities we serve. We are a team of doers, creative heads, sports lovers, and curious learners who thrive on ownership, trust, flexibility, and team spirit.

About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative, high-performing Marketing Specialist to join our lean UK team. Reporting directly to the UK Country Manager, you will be the digital voice of COROS in the UK market.

While this role has clear milestones, we aren't looking for someone who just follows a checklist. We want an innovator and a creative problem-solver who is excited to support new projects as our community and business evolves. Your main playground will be social media, community engagement, and developing smart affiliate partnerships. Most importantly, you will spearhead our creator strategy: scouting, onboarding, and collaborating with local UK athletes to share authentic stories that live and breathe sports culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
