ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
OUTSOURCE: We support organizations at every stage of their HR and payroll outsourcing journey, helping them operate compliantly, efficiently, and at scale

YOUR MISSIONS
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to drive marketing campaigns across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux regions, with additional support for targeted activities in Poland.
Reporting directly to the Dublin-based EMEA Marketing Lead, you will manage end-to-end execution across field events, digital channels, PR, and local partnerships while collaborating closely with our central team in Paris.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver regional marketing campaigns to drive lead generation across UKI and Benelux.
- Events & Content: Organize industry trade shows and client events, while managing local digital, social media, and PR activities.
- Marketing Operations: Utilize Pardot and Salesforce to build, track, and optimize regional marketing campaigns and lead pipelines.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work alignment with local sales teams and the central marketing team in Paris to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Social Media Management: Manage regional social media channels, creating and promoting content that supports brand visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
- Digital Advertising: Execute and optimize paid digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase campaign ROI, and support local marketing initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: 3+ years of generalist marketing experience (B2B, HRIS, or software industry preferred).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience managing field events, digital marketing campaigns, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot).
- Languages: Native English speaker. Proficiency in a second European language (French, Dutch, or Polish) is a strong advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel periodically for regional events and team meetings (including yearly team trip to Paris).
