Your Mission

This involves overseeing local projects to ensure they are executed effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of the complete local campaign cycle for both major and minor product launches as well as other trade projects such as fairs and events.
  • Day-to-day management of PR including press outreach and management of Cision monitoring platform.
  • Responsible for the implementation of local strategies, maximising local in-store performance, brand visibility, and commercial success.
  • Manage high-level stakeholder relationships both internal and external to drive collaboration and support for local projects.
  • Marketing account management of large multi-store nursery specialist.
  • Attend retail meetings together with the sales team to provide support from a Trade Marketing perspective.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, developing and executing integrated online and offline marketing plans to optimise brand presence and performance.

Your Profile

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and experience in an international matrix organisation.
  • A commercial mindset with a good understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
  • You possess good project management skills and are ready to get things done in a continuously changing environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A yearly salary of 38K based on your experience and knowledge.
  • This is a full-time position (37.5 hours).
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 25 vacation days.
