DoneStead — Marketing & Business Development Partner
About the opportunity
I’m looking for someone to help grow DoneStead by building relationships with landlords and letting agencies, and bringing in individual jobs. This would suit someone who likes speaking with people, spotting opportunities, and following through until enquiries become paid work.
You’d help identify potential customers, make contact, explain what DoneStead offers, and build relationships that lead to repeat business. I’m looking for someone who can combine practical outreach with good judgement about where to spend their time.

What I need from you:
- Confidence approaching landlords, letting agencies, and other potential customers
- Strong communication by email, phone, and in person
- The ability to keep track of leads and follow up consistently
- An interest in building lasting customer relationships, not just making a quick sale
- Initiative and a willingness to help shape how we grow
Being honest about money:
This starts as percentage-based payment for business you bring in, whether that’s a landlord, a letting agency, or an individual job. The rates and payment rules may differ for repeat account work and one-off jobs. We’d agree the percentages, what counts as a referral, and when payment is earned in writing before you start. There’s no fixed salary attached to this opening.
