Role Description

The Marketing Strategist will develop and refine marketing strategies for technical and service-based clients, ensuring clear positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Day-to-day work includes:

  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Defining value propositions
  • Creating strategic plans that guide website content, sales materials, campaigns, and social media activity
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their offerings
  • Translating complex information into accessible marketing narratives
  • Providing ongoing strategic guidance to support sales and lead conversion

This is a part-time position in a hybrid setup, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work from home.

  • Demonstrated skills in Market Research and Research to understand audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Strong Marketing and Marketing Strategy capabilities to design effective, practical plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with technical, engineering, or specialist service businesses is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients, manage multiple projects, and deliver clear, structured recommendations.
  • Comfort with hybrid working arrangements in the London Area, United Kingdom, and reliable access to remote working tools.
  • Relevant education or professional certifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field are advantageous.
