We're looking for an experienced marketing leader to take charge of strategy, budget and brand across our three restaurant brands, on a part-time basis. If you want genuine ownership of a marketing function without the five-day commitment, this is a rare one.
About us
At Noble Restaurant Group, we are committed to redefining the dining experience by combining culinary excellence, innovative design, and exceptional service. With a portfolio of distinguished restaurants across the UK, North America & the Middle East, including; Chotto Matte, Alley Cats, Muriel’s Kitchen, Ochre, Steak and Company and Angus Steakhouse, we pride ourselves on creating memorable moments that celebrate the art of food and the joy of gathering. Our head office is on Heddon Street, where you will work alongside specialist teams delivering operations, HR, finance, procurement & systems for the group.
The role
As Marketing Strategy Director, you'll own marketing budget, strategy and brand positioning across Steak and Company (4 sites), Angus Steakhouse (3 sites) and Ochre (1 site). Each brand has its own personality and following, and together they give a Marketing Director real breadth: three different guest experiences, three different stories to tell, one team to lead. We're entering a new chapter as we move from interim to permanent marketing leadership, and we want someone who'll make the role their own. You'll manage and develop a small, capable team, overseeing our agency and freelance relationships, and report directly to the owners on performance of the department. It's worth noting that this is a hands-on Director role, you'll not only set the direction, but you’ll also be working hand-in-hand with your team to deliver it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
