Meet The Team

We create data-driven campaigns that connect with the right audiences across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and more. From strategy to execution, we’re focused on generating awareness, boosting engagement, and turning interest into action.
Join us and help shape the campaigns that inspire millions to discover and book unforgettable experiences.

The Role

As Marketing Strategy Manager, you will serve as the commercial and strategic engine behind Fever's marketing strategy for the APAC market, including our marketing support for high-impact global IP partnerships such as F1 and Harry Potter. You will hold full budget ownership for Chinese consumers marketing activity, blending advanced data analytics with deep fluency in China's distinct digital ecosystem — WeChat and Alipay Mini Programs, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tencent Ads, Bilibili, and ByteDance's Ocean Engine — to drive audience growth and engagement in the region. By uniting cross-functional teams (Business Strategy, Growth, Creative, Product) with China-based agencies, KOL/MCN partners, and platform contacts, you will shape and evolve Fever's China marketing playbook.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for our APAC experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences.
  • Develop compelling, scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences in APAC, including strategic partner events (F1, Harry Potter) and Fever Originals adapted for the local consumer.
  • Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across APAC’s core paid and organic ecosystem — WeChat, ByteDance's Ocean Engine (Douyin/Toutiao), Xiaohongshu, and Baidu — ensuring consistent performance and strong ROI.
  • Work closely with Business Strategy, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to analyze performance and define marketing strategy for APAC, including surface strategy (WeChat/Alipay Mini Program).
  • Design and manage Fever's KOL/KOC and MCN strategy: identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with Multi-Channel Networks and creators across Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat to drive cost-efficient acquisition.
  • Own paid performance marketing setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to ensure unified, high-impact marketing execution, including localization beyond translation (visual density, trust signals, review/rating mechanics).
  • Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment, progress, and successful delivery of key projects.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing budgets and take full ownership of the region P&L.
  • Drive strategic planning and forecasting to support revenue growth and audience penetration.
  • Leverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making and refine marketing models.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
