Marketing Support Executive (12-month FTC Maternity Cover)

Women in CX (WiCX) is looking for a smart, organised, proactive Marketing Support Executive to join our team. What you’ll be doing
This role supports the day-to-day running of marketing for the world’s leading community for women in customer experience and technology. You'll help keep our events, content, and external communications running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

Social Media Management
- Schedule and manage posts across our platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and Squarespace.
- Engage with posts and conversations across all external channels.
- Respond to direct messages on social media channels.
Event & Content Marketing Support
- Keep our external website event calendars up to date.
- Create graphics for internal and external events.
- Create social media marketing copy for internal events.
- Create sharing graphics and social media copy for member-written articles.
- Create quote graphics for our collaborative articles and share with participating members.
- Capture event BTS for use across external channels.
- Format and schedule member spotlights, articles and podcasts for publication across website and social media channels.
- Maintain internal event engagement by producing post-event recap/thank you posts on socials.
- Create independent throwback campaigns for evergreen articles, podcasts, and member spotlights.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Schedule and correctly segment email campaigns.
- Support with the delivery of our external newsletter.
- Update visual templates with the latest information.
- Send LinkedIn Event invitations and DM’s to drive attendance.
- Support performance metrics reporting.
- Support graphic production for templated weekly marketing campaigns.
- Support the development and delivery of key WiCX campaigns including Inspiring Women in CX Awards and our community favourite Awesome Women to Follow.
- Support independent awareness campaigns such as Pride, BHM, (WiC)Xmas, CX Day and Customer Service Week.

This role will give you hands-on experience with tools used in modern marketing & community roles, including:

- Chat GPT
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and Active Campaign Analytics
- Monday.com

- Squarespace
- StreamYard
- Zoom

No experience in marketing or social media management? No problem, this is an early-career role designed to help you build that experience.
Location & Hours
- Full-time (flexible hours)
- Remote, with regular virtual meetings
- Opportunity to travel to in-person events internationally
- UK-based
