Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.

About Us:

You will be joining at an exciting time as we seek to continue to lead the future for both the planet, people, and business. Sustainability is one of the four strategic pillars of Mondelez Vision 2030 and a must-win battle for the UK&I in 2026. This role leads strategy, prioritization, and planning for the UK across our pillars of packaging, ingredients, and local carbon reduction. It partners across categories and functions to deliver ambitions that meet the local customer, consumer, and regulatory landscape.

The Role:

In short, this is an amazing opportunity to lead, shape, and grow the future of our UK sustainability agenda, taking it to the next level in 2026 & beyond.

This is a rare role where people, planet, and business truly overlap. You will set the future direction, including vision and strategic direction across the whole UK business. This role takes the global pillars of sustainability and translates them for local adoption, accelerating critical pillars such as packaging and ingredients. You will partner with Brand and Customer teams to identify and unlock growth opportunities. You will ensure we’re sufficient to meet our packaging ambitions, reducing virgin plastic and driving for circularity. You will partner with our Regional Sustainability and Corporate Affairs to ensure we’re ready for regulation. You will lead the UK&I green army, including our cross-functional Sustainability Working Group and employee-led org GreenBite. Not only will you lead the agenda, but you’ll play a key role in driving pride across the org by speaking both internally and potentially externally about our achievements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
