Ready to take the lead on paid media strategy and performance?
We’re looking for a Paid Media Team Lead to join a growing digital media business working with exciting brands across the regulated iGaming sector.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee paid search and paid social campaigns, manage and develop a small team, and ensure media budgets are delivering genuine commercial results.
You’ll have plenty of autonomy to shape strategy, improve performance and introduce new ideas as the business continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social and other performance channels
- Managing budgets and driving performance against CPA, ROAS and customer acquisition targets
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of paid media specialists to deliver consistently strong results
- Using performance data, audience insights and creative testing to identify opportunities and scale successful campaigns
- Working closely with wider marketing, strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns are effective, measurable and compliant

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why join?
This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can have a real influence on both strategy and performance, rather than simply overseeing campaigns.
You’ll lead a talented team, work with meaningful media budgets and have the freedom to shape how paid media campaigns are structured, tested and scaled.
Joining a growing and collaborative business also means plenty of opportunity to introduce new ideas, improve processes and make your mark as the team continues to expand.
If you’re commercially minded, passionate about paid media and enjoy getting the best out of both campaigns and people, we’d love to hear from you.
