Lead, Develop & Drive Results with BESPOKE Global

As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales & Marketing Team Leader to support campaign delivery, develop team performance, and help drive outstanding results for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sales, customer engagement, or team leadership who is looking to further develop their skills in marketing, business development, and people management within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Team Leadership & Development
- Support, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Help create a positive, high-performance team culture focused on collaboration and growth.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to encourage professional development.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Customer Engagement & Brand Representation
- Represent client brands professionally through direct customer interactions.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
- Lead by example through a positive and customer-focused approach.

Campaign Performance & Business Growth
- Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
Professional Development
- Continue developing leadership, communication, and business management skills through ongoing training and mentorship.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to team and business objectives.
- Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, including sales, marketing, customer engagement, and campaign management.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or team leadership.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Confidence leading by example and supporting team development.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
