Role Purpose

The Marketing Technologist is a regional specialist combining loyalty, marketing technology and analytics to support markets across promotions, catalogue and Programme performance.

The role works closely with regional stakeholders from initial brief through to execution and performance review - assessing feasibility, helping shape the right customer solution, coordinating delivery across internal and external partners, supporting launch and hypercare, and analysing whether the activity achieved its intended outcome.

The role also brings promotion and catalogue expertise into Product discovery and solution reviews, while providing ongoing analysis and recommendations across loyalty and Programme performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promotion & Catalogue Delivery

  • Review market briefs and assess technical and operational feasibility
  • Help shape the right promotion, reward or catalogue solution based on the business objective and customer experience
  • Recommend appropriate mechanics, eligibility, targeting, rewards and supporting content
  • Configure promotions, catalogue and content directly where appropriate, or coordinate execution through the Ops COE
  • Define clear requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
  • Coordinate with specialist CRM partners where messaging or CRM activity supports the promotion
  • Own or facilitate QA, UAT and launch readiness
  • Support post-launch hypercare, monitoring and issue resolution
  • Analyse performance and recommend optimisation or next actions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
