Marketing Technology Manager
Location: Covent Garden – Hybrid
Contract: Fixed Term 12-Months
About the Role
BSI is looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to join our Global Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping shape how we use marketing technology, automation and AI to deliver smarter, more effective marketing globally.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Platforms, you’ll lead the optimisation and evolution of our marketing automation capabilities, with particular ownership of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and its wider ecosystem.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining marketing technology, automation, AI, data and stakeholder management. You’ll work across our global marketing community to simplify processes, improve campaign effectiveness and introduce new capabilities, including Einstein AI, B2B Analytics and emerging Agentic AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Account Engagement team, with responsibility for Salesforce Account Engagement and connected marketing platforms.
- Drive the rollout, optimisation and governance of marketing automation and AI capabilities across BSI.
- Explore and implement Agentic AI opportunities across areas such as content creation, lead nurturing, campaign testing, insights and reporting.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Data & Insight and Global Key Accounts teams to improve segmentation, personalisation, attribution and campaign performance.
- Establish strong platform governance, processes and best practices while ensuring appropriate compliance and human oversight of AI.
- Manage the roadmap and backlog for marketing platform enhancements, technical support and stakeholder requests.
- Support global adoption through effective change management, training and user enablement.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise marketing processes across a complex global organisation.
To Be Successful in the Role, You Will Have
- Strong experience in marketing technology, marketing automation and digital marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/Lightning) and Salesforce.
- Experience using or implementing AI within marketing, with an interest in emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaigns, segmentation, personalisation, campaign measurement and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely/EPiServer and workflow tools such as Workfront would be advantageous.
- Proven experience leading projects and managing stakeholders across technical and marketing teams.
- Experience working within a global, highly matrixed organisation.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into practical marketing solutions.
- Experience supporting change, process improvement, training and adoption of new systems or ways of working.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
