Location: Islington

Position: Full-time

OTE: £27,000-£45,000

We partner with established clients across a range of UK sectors, helping them reach new audiences, build stronger customer relationships and create meaningful growth through face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition.

Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Trainee to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience, work alongside experienced campaign teams and develop the commercial skills that can take your career further — whether that’s within marketing, sales, business development or leadership.

Your opportunity to get stuck in

No two campaigns are exactly the same. You’ll be part of a team bringing client campaigns to life, connecting with customers and learning what makes successful marketing work in the real world.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting live marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Representing established client brands professionally and confidently
  • Creating positive customer experiences and building strong relationships
  • Working closely with campaign teams to achieve shared goals
  • Supporting campaign coordination and day-to-day activity
  • Contributing ideas that can improve engagement and results
  • Developing your communication, sales and business development skills
  • Taking on more responsibility as your experience grows
