Role: Marketing Transformation Practitioner

Contract Length: 12 months
Location: London (Hybrid Working)

This role is a Marketing Transformation Practitioner responsible for leading Employer Branding, Talent Brand, and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) marketing initiatives across the UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, manage high-profile events, strengthen the company's local reputation, and promote its Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Working closely with HR, Recruitment, Corporate Citizenship, and senior stakeholders, the role focuses on enhancing the company's employer brand, supporting diversity and inclusion goals, and driving measurable marketing outcomes through strategic, multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute UK & Ireland Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance measurement.
  • Promote the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Talent Brand across all communication channels.
  • Adapt global Talent Brand and I&D initiatives to meet UK & Ireland market needs.
  • Plan and deliver high-profile events such as International Women's Day (IWD) and corporate hospitality programmes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Corporate Citizenship, charity partners, and business leaders to deliver aligned campaigns.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, PR, events, internal communications, paid media, and brand marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Support legal reporting requirements related to Inclusion & Diversity in the UK & Ireland.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.

  • Significant experience in B2B marketing and integrated marketing campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Employer Branding, Talent Brand, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Passion for and experience supporting Inclusion & Diversity (I&D/DEI) initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across senior leadership and external partners.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing programmes.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience using marketing analytics, reporting, and insights to measure campaign success.
  • Knowledge of the technology, consulting, or professional services industry.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities while leveraging modern marketing technologies and AI tools.
