This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing VA (Facebook Ads & Funnels) based in United Kingdom.
This opportunity is designed for a results-driven marketing professional supporting clients with digital advertising and lead generation initiatives. You will create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns while helping build funnels that improve lead conversion. The role also involves using GoHighLevel to manage customer relationship management, automations, and funnel workflows. You will monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and align marketing activities with client objectives. Working independently, you will manage assigned tasks, meet agreed deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables. This is a flexible, part-time contractor opportunity with the potential to increase hours based on performance and business needs.
Accountabilities
- Create, manage, monitor, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns according to client objectives and performance goals.
- Build and manage marketing and sales funnels designed to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Use GoHighLevel (GHL) for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automations, funnel management, and related workflows.
- Analyze advertising performance and recommend optimization strategies based on campaign data and results.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and ensure marketing activities are aligned with their priorities.
- Support additional digital marketing activities and client-specific tasks as required.
- Deliver agreed services professionally and consistently, adhering to defined timelines, guidelines, scopes of work, and deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication regarding progress, requirements, priorities, and any potential delivery challenges.

Requirements
- Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, conversion optimization, and digital marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, automations, funnels, or related marketing activities.
- Strong analytical and marketing strategy skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills, including good comprehension, speaking, and writing abilities.
- Ability to adapt to different client requirements, workflows, and business objectives.
- Junior to senior-level professionals are welcome to apply, provided they can demonstrate relevant skills and experience.
- Availability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a standard working window of 1 PM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST), subject to client needs and mutually agreed scheduling.
