About the Program
CreatorUp has partnered with a leading global professional networking platform to deliver engaging, instructor-led virtual workshops for marketers and agency partners. Sessions run across multiple regions and time zones, are delivered in English, and every instructor is trained to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience. We're looking for confident, engaging facilitators based in the UK or Europe to join our global instructor pool.
What You'll Do
As an instructor, you'll guide marketers and agency partners through interactive virtual workshops covering our partner's products, marketing best practices, and industry strategies.

Your Path to Becoming an Instructor

Screen Test
Record a screen test using our provided presentation deck. We're looking for a confident, conversational delivery that shows strong engagement and connection with session attendees. -
Orientation
Attend two paid live 1-hour orientation sessions covering facilitation standards, brand voice, workshop structure, and product knowledge. -
Session Training & Practice (Time commitment and compensation to be confirmed)
Participate in additional training, practice sessions, and dry runs ahead of live delivery. -
Live Session Delivery ($300 USD per session)
Each session is a 2-hour commitment:
- 30-minute Green Room (tech checks, coordination, prep)
- 90-minute Live Workshop

Experience Required
- Marketing background with hands-on experience running campaigns on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Experience facilitating training or workshops online
What We're Looking For
- Based in the UK or Europe
- Fluent/native-level English proficiency, with strong verbal communication skills
- Confident, engaging on-camera presence, and ability to connect with a live virtual audience
- General schedule flexibility to support sessions throughout the program (availability will always be confirmed in advance)
