Company Description
Global Assistance Dog Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization that certifies, supports, and advances assistance dog teams worldwide. Rather than training teams directly, the foundation focuses on building effective structures and standards in a developing and improvised sector. It acts as an impartial mediator among handlers, dogs, trainers, the public, and funders to ensure that all perspectives are considered. By promoting collaboration and clear frameworks, Global Assistance Dog Foundation helps create sustainable, high-quality assistance dog partnerships that improve lives over the long term.
Role Description
This remote internship role as a Marketing/Sales Activist focuses on supporting awareness, outreach, and relationship-building for Global Assistance Dog Foundation. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and content creation that highlight the foundation’s mission and impact. The intern will help identify and engage potential donors, partners, and supporters, contribute to email and outreach initiatives, and gather information to support fundraising and sponsorship efforts. The role may also involve maintaining contact lists, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with team members to improve communication strategies and public visibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
